Founded in 2005, NeoClassic Music School specialises in quality music education and services. Duly registered with the Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam, we offer a wide range of music programmes and courses to suit your needs.

Our Team

NeoClassic Music School is managed by Dr. Kamaruddin Ahmad (DMus, MMus, BA Mus, Dip Aud Eng, Dip Ed) and Sharon Jusay @ Syahminah Rasyidah NFE (BMus).

Sharon Jusay  is a pianist and singer, a well-sought after music teacher, piano teacher, voice teacher and vocal coach. She is a recipient of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society Award for excellence in her chosen discipline. She is the founder of NeoClassic Music School and her students have received top prizes in many international competitions such as The World Championship of Performing Arts (USA), EuroPop Singing Competition (Germany), Singapore Performers’ Festival & Chamber Music Competition, Kota Kinabalu Music and Dance Festival, among others.

Dr Kamaruddin Ahmad is a professional music arranger and composer. He has served as the Director of Music for the Opening Ceremony of the 20th SEA Games, the APEC Gala Performance and the official functions of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibn Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. In Malaysia, he has served as an Associate Professor, College Dean, Music Examiner and Adjudicator. He has authored a series of Music Theory books for the Australian Guild of Music. Dr. Kamaruddin is recognised as a National Industrial Expert in Music, Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysia National Advisory Board in Music Development and the National Occupational Skills Standard Certification Board in Music.

Dr. Kamaruddin and Sharon work together with their team of professional and experienced teachers who help nurture, train and develop students towards artistry, creativity and excellence in their musical pursuits.
